Particularly, it is planned to elaborate the bill on amendments to the Laws “On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” and “On central executive authorities” (re activity of ministries and central executive authorities) (Reg. No. 0870) for consideration in the second reading.
The bill on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re participation of civil society in forming and implementation of state’s policy, as well as in settling issues of local significance (Reg. No. 0866) is planned to be elaborated for the second reading.
The Committee stipulates consider a number of draft resolutions on calling several scheduled and early elections, on renaming residential areas, on changing and establishing their boundaries.
The Committee plans to hold round table discussions on bills on cooperation of territorial communities and on the right of territorial communities to association (March), on population self-organization bodies (April), as well as on “Ways of improving provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On elections of deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local councils, village, township and city mayors” (May). According to the Committee’s schedule, Committee hearings on discussion of the draft concept of reforming local self-government authorities and territorial organization of power in Ukraine will also be held.
